    MACH3 ONE TO ONE.....

Ok, I'm running fine mechanically, ran a few tests and made some name plates for the girls.

Which setting controls my scale in Mach3? I have to scale XYZ to get my design cut 1:1. Maybe I overloaded on videos here, but I can't seem to remember what controls that.

    I know it's a quich fix but I can't remember.

Sounds like you need to adjust your step count in config-"motor tuning" (bottom left of the screen and you have to do it for each axis) or in screen alt6 "axis calibration" (just above the reset button).

If you get them tuned properly that should get you to the 1:1 ratio.

SO,MOTOR TUNNING EFFECTS THE RATIO OF THE DESIGN? THIS IS IN THE SETTINGS BOX, CORRECT?

Steps/unit in the motor tuning screen is what controls how far you're machine moves.

Go to "Config" at the top right next to "File" select "Motor Tuning" at the very bottom left you'll see "Steps per" you can tinker with the number in the box until you get it as close as you want.

    Or-
You can go to "Settings Alt6" (5th over second line from the top of your screen) On the large green screen directly above the red "Reset" buttom toward the lower left corner you will see "Set Steps per Unit" and Mach3 will semi-automatically calculate your steps per unit requirement.
