Anybody had this problem in Mach 3?

Is there anything in mach or the thc 300 that can multiply feedrates? I notice that the feedrates are much faster than they should be. The Feedrate override when loading a program jumps to a 1200% increase....

Even without a program start?

The highest Mach3 should let you set the FRO is 300%. Could be a corrupt .xml

How to fix that? The pendent will let go to 9999%, never ran it above 3 or 400. but the program make it go streight to1200%. I had to make the feedrates really low in order to cut prperly....

Delete the .xml file and reconfigure from scratch. Mach backs up the .xml file automatically, you might want to try reverting back to an older one. You should be able to find them in the Mach folder.
