I'd like to be able to set Z0 without touching the mouse. This way one hand could hold the feeler strip while the other hand cycles through the jog commands: 1. the tab key would open the jog window. 2. another key would set the jog mode to step. 3. another key would set the cycle jog step increment. Is there a way to do this? Thanks, Charlie |

| Hey... Charlie you answered it your self, Now that you found tab key. set your key board in front of you as I do, and set it on 1.00 or .100 .010 .001 and hit your page down or page up if you went Z- too much, I hit the key with my left hand and I'am l sliding the block at what ever height you want to set the Z at with my right hand. SIMPLE STUFF. Charlie what are you making... 9lrac9 |

| Thanks for the responses. 9Irac9, I'm making wooden ocarinas. Now you know as much as you did before...right? It's a type of musical instrument. If you're curious, you can see some of them on the following page from my website: http://hindocarina.com/sweet_potato.htm Charlie |
