Hi Guys, I finished my diy CNC its all working fine but its moves a bit slow. Mach3 software. TB6560 Stepper driver 1/2steps Link 28Volt 15amp power supply NEMA23Link Stepper motor direct connected to Lead screw 13tpi Mach3 set to 2047steps per rev (i work in Milli Meters) now i cant get the Speed above 50-55 units per min(CM). so thats 20inch per min. If the speed is set above 55 the motors start whining and stop turning. kernel speed 25khz. I have been looking over the forum but haven't found a solution yet. Regards, Martin |
