Mach3 and homemade CNC

Hi all,

I recently started building my own CNC essentially from scratch. ive built my own stepper motor controll circuits, and loaded an arduino uno with modbus software ( arduino modbus rtu - jpmzometa )

I have gotten Mach3 and the arduino to comminicate with eachother (in the modbus serial controll monitor) but I have no idea what to do next.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to do?

You can't control your motors using Modbus with Mach3.

Im trying to interpret Gcode and control the motors for my cnc. what program can I use to do this?
