I have a Small CNC mill running Mach 3. I just went though and calibrated the drives. Using Alibre CAD/CAM to make the tool paths. When I set my material in the Vise and move the cutter to the Corner which I set the MOPs to, I'll hit start cycle and viola the mill speeds off to never never land. This is a small part and not very complex. I've added the CAM code from Alibre. Hoping to find out why my Set Zero isn't a Set Zero. Smitty |

| I'm assuming it's moving a lot farther than this? X0.7761 Y2.2639 Before you click Cycle Start, do the X and Y DRO's both show 0.000?

You can zero the X and Y from the Program Run page. You don't need to go to the Offset page.
