What version are you using?
Do you have FRO over 100%? What are your rapids set to?
Personally, I prefer 3.42.040. You can get it from the FTP site, the link is at the top of the Downloads page at ArtSoft USA - Home of Mach3 and LazyCam
I'm not a newby to M3, but all of a sudden it's totally ignoring G1 command and running max speed. G1 X1.5000 F14.0 now runs at rapids
I was using ver 2.69, I don't like the newer versions, but it doesn't work well with A axis, Z really freaks out.
Anyone got any ideas? This ver might have something I don't know about.
Also wondering what the most stable / usable ver is??
Thanks for any help in advance.

Thanks Gerry, 3.42.040 works.
FRO was set by feed. I played with 3.043.022 for a while this morning and still have no idea why it was doing that.
Units per Min were still way off. I set feed to 2 IPM which ran at about 47 IPM.
X/Y seemed to be ok this morning but Z was still wild.
I double checked for misplaced decimal, did all the usual, reboot etc.
I sell little hobby routers so I get to do a lot of M3 help, My router setup page
I've been doing this stuff for a while but this was really bizarre.
Shawn.
