Hello, Ive got my homemade Mini tabletop mill going. Its a BluMaxx 2064 board and C10 BOB connected to small 16 oz motors. I seems as if I keep losing my settings, although they dont actually change . By settings Im reffering to Motor Config step rate, pulse etc. If I turn off my machine for the night and its running good, the next day I'll start up with jumpy studdering motors, lost steps and lock up. After maybe ½ an hour of entering my same settings in Motor Config, saving the settings, exiting and re-starting Mach3 again and again it suddenly runs smooth again with no lost steps and axis travel is exactly correct. I have other programs on this computer, can I be over-taxing it? I recall reading that mach3 likes to be installed on its own dedicated tower with nothing else to interfere. Thanks in advance for helping. -Vinny |
