I have a problem cutting Radial cut with Zdepth, import toolpath from Mastercam X. see photo's. I use slow Feedrate like 700, and use the slowest Accelerate on MAch3. I use to check the reference 0,0,0 after cutting and the result is 0,0,0 no shifted. when you see the photo, the Z depth is fine, but it looks that X axis is the probelm, I can not find what's wrong. the Z ballscrew is using 5 times bigger lead (1 inch) than X and Y (5mm). it's direct step motor, no gear ratio or belt. I have no idea where to ask, I've been asking this to Mach support but no luck. of course they help me alot but .... ![]() ![]() |
