You turned on Constant Velocity (CV). I'm assuming it displays correctly in the toolpath window?
I am using CamBam, Mach 3 and a Gecko 540. My mill is a FLA 100 and has been working as expected until a few days ago. I should also mention I built the Machine between Thanksgiving and Christmas and I am a newbie.
My Problem: I am cutting guitar parts and have done several successful cuts. I don't know what I changed but now when I cut a "pocket" it comes out rounded off in two opposit corners. See attached picture. This is a neck pocket roughly 2 inches by 3 inches. Everything worked fine until suddenly this started. Circles, profiles and other shapes work fine. This also happens in engraving. The letters come out with a rounded part. I have spent hours searching the forums for a similar problem but no luck. Does anyone out there know what I have done?

I made sure CV is on and it was. The cross hairs in the tool path window do the same thing. they make the curve just like the finished product.
I will attach the nc file if that helps.
OK now I really am a newbie. I tried to attach the nc file but don't see it. This is my second try.

To post your program, save it as a text file, then it will post, many programs will do this for you, MS word works well

Thanks, here is a try saving it as a text file.
You can try exact stop. It will be a little different, but it won't try to keep up speed, so it won't be cutting corners.

Thanks I'll give that a try. The odd thing is it worked fine until just about a week ago. Also odd is the "corner cutting" is only on opposit corners, not all four.
Sorry, what I was saying is that Constant Velocity is causing it.
On the settings page, turn OFF CV distance and CV feedrate.
In general config, turn on CV angle and set it somwhere between 89-91°

I forgot another strange thing. I sent the nc file to a friend who ran it with no problems. His setup is similar to mine.
GER21, I think you solved it. I did what you said and set the angle to 90 and it solved one of the arcs. the upper left in the picture if previously sent. I change it to 89 and in simulation it works. I haven't cut wood yet. I'm setting up to try that now. THANK YOU.
