Motor tuning fine, In Mach Screen problems!!

I have been tuning my motors in Mach3 and in the tuning screen everything works great. All axis' move nicely when I dial in the proper velocity and accel settings.

The problem is when i go into the main Mach3 screen and just try to jog the axis', the motors stall almost instantly and will not move the gantry or anything else. Has anyone run into this before?

I think I may have figured it out. It seems that the motor tuning section allows your motors to run a lot faster than what they can do in the Mach3 program. When I dialed back the speed they started working better.
