    Not returning to zero/cummulative error

I made router approx. 600x600x200 (mm) with servos and geckodrives g 320. Encoders have 500 lines.
I use mach3 as control software.
After milling I try to return to zero and every time I get error +0.5...+2mm on each axis (It depends on size of part, bigger part-bigger error).
For the same part I have the same error every time.
I don't use breakout board. I tryed breakout board, but the result was the same.
It's not mechanical problem. I have double checked everything. I see error by marks on my pulleys.
Please help me. I tryed everything and still don't know what to do.

    Problem solved!

    I have solved the problem!
There were some Outputs assigned to step pins. After disabling these outputs system works perfectly!

    Gene,
I am having a similar problem. I am not sure what you are referring to here when you discuss the cause of the problem. Do you remember enough to tell me more about what you mean by "outputs assigned to step pins"?

    Thanks,
    Scott Kelley

Go to Ports and Pins >Output pins and see if any outputs are assigned to the same pins as the motors.

You had my hopes up - unfortunately that wasn't the issue - nothing else set for those pins. Thanks for the reply.
