Hi, we try to use both Mach3Version3.043.000.exe and Mach3Version3.042.020.exe to make M20*1.5 thread/60Degree, Materials is Aluminum Bar: D= 20MM,L=154MM G Code as follow: G40 G18 G80 G90 G95 G97 S334 M03 G00 X0.525 G00 Z0 G00 X-0.1 G76 X-1.5 Z-20 Q1 P1 J0.05 L45 H0.05 I0 C1.5 B0.0001 T0 M5 M30 1: Picture 1: It is not 60Degress, not smooth, (Speed @190RPM) 2: Picture 2: It is not better Speed at 160/220 rpm Any suggestion to make a good thread?    |
