Ok so im just learning Mastercam lather and I have been using mach3Turn off and on for a while. This is the first time I have used mastercam for generating gcode and have this problem: I looks all fine in mastercam but when i try to run it in mach3 i get these weird arcs in these 3 places (see pics) is it my post processor? im using the mplfan.pst my tool radius? lost.... |

| If your lucky, in mach 3 under settings general config it will have in about the middle of the page active plane of movement, untick x-z and say pick y-z then load your program and see what happens Last edited by simso; 01-02-2009 at 06:21 AM. |

| hi! what i did was edit the post processor, i read in another thread that you can change a setting and have it output a different arc type. so look at the pic and you can see what setting i changed. i havent experimented with different settings but #4 works so that is what ive been using.
