I am trying to do some sample parts in Dolphin Partmaster 08 and then output the Gcode to Mach 3 using the post procs posted on Dolphins site. So far it is outputting some odd circles into the program. I attached a couple photos of the drawn part and of the Mach 3 input screen. the numbers look good when going through the part file except for the purple circles drawn and it does not matter if I use the radius or Diameter post processor. Anyone seen this? I know the Mach 3 graphics screen is not the best but the proportions are all off too, the diameter is not right or the actual part size is not right. |
