Is your Cut set to the outside of the line? If your using a 1/4 bit and cut on center your part will be 1/4 inch small.
I have a zenbot 48 x 48 with a g540 controller. As long as I don't have G-Code loaded into mach3 it runs to scale, but as soon as I load in G-Code that I have made from Aspire or artcam the scale is out almost a quarter inch. I have tried to get in touch with Sean at zenbot for a couple months now with no response. I have checked to make sure that all of my programs are set too inch units. I'm at a complete loss. If I load a wizard in mach3 it will actually cut to scale. I have attached the setup file that was sent with my CNC for mach3 and G-Code file from Aspire.

Are your native Units in Mach3 set to inch or metric?
Is the g-code in inches or mm's?

that was the first thing that crossed my mind when I realized it wasn't cutting too scale. I have redone the tool paths so many times it's not even funny. LOL
Weather I have it cut on the line or offset it's still the same.
my native units in mach3 are set too inch.
