I don't think that's an option in Mach3.
One of our guys is finishing up a project with a Mach3. He cannot find where to set what I am used to calling "IN POSITION WINDOW." That tells the mach3 when to go onto the next move command. Right now it must be set to 0 as it takes 3-4 seconds while we watch the following error reduce down to 0 before the next move happens. We want to set that to say 30 counts so it is responsive.
Can anyone tell me where that setting is?

You might try bumping up the Kp, and reduce the Kd a bit. Then reduce the Ki, that should eliminate the overshoot, I like Ki set at 0 where possible. I normally bump up the Kp until the system becomes unstable then back it down about 15% to get maximum performance.
