Mach3 DRO Readings Motor Tuning

Need some help my friends

Trying to setup motors in Mach3 the DRO's in Mach3 read about 10 times what the actual machine is moving
When I try to adjust steps / in the number is very large and kick out the stepper driver ocassionally.

How do I get the steppers set up
