    Yes, a green tic next to it. I've gone over the wiring so many times and even re-wired it earlier today and i'm certain it's good to go.

    Is the .net 2.0 framework enabled in Control Panel/ Programs and Features/Turn Windows features on and off? The UC100 needs that to work. The other thing to check is making sure the XML file is correct - in Config/Ports and Pins/Motor Outputs, it should have the pinout right, or it won't move your motors.

    Had a look as far as I can find via that location on XP and there isn't such a distinguishable enabled/disabled

    The pinouts are set as of the breakout board pinouts;

    x pins 2-3
    y pins 4-5
    z pins 6-7

    Yellow cable is DIR
    Green is PUL
    Blue is ENABLE

    Measuring the voltages across these axis pins on the BoB range from 4.5 to 5V

    These are wired to m335 drivers
    Also to note is prior to using the UC100 the relay would activate, now using the UC100 the relay LED isn't lit.
