Not sure, as it's probably been there at least 10 years. You can add it very easily with a screen editor. Either Screen4, or Machscreen. What version of Mach3 software was it introduced?
Hi i purchased a complete DIY CNC machine second hand. It works ok in my opinion for a DIY 1200mm x 600mm MDF unit running with Mach3 software.
i'm having loads of fun using it & the learning curve is pretty steep.
i'm trying to add the "auto tool zero" button functionality.
The touch plate works fine P1 pin12 can be seen changing state in the diagnostics.
The VB Code is not an issue i understand how to use and import it to editable buttons.
My problem is ... i don't have a "auto tool zero" button ... it's not visible (needs switched on) or not there at all.
What version of Mach3 software was it introduced?
How can i add this "auto tool zero" button to the screen without having to upgrade?
Any advice, guidance or help is greatly appreciated.

Ger thanks,
you put me on the right track to understand and change the screenset up / display.
i'm still learning the basics.
My system was displaying the plasma.set std screen display, so i changed it to 1024.set? and the auto zero buttom is now visable & functional.
