Default Run Mach3 on Macbook with Parallels and Win7?

Is it possible to run my Mach3 with a Macbook using Parallels with Win7?

I originally was thinking to just use it to test Gcode, but I'm wondering if I could run a cnc with it, using a USB or Ethernet motion controller?

I have Mach3 on an old desktop that came with my cnc, also wondering how I would transfer it to the Macbook?

I want to get a MacBook. I'm finally able to do it. But I'm still skeptic about it. I also like the 2019 HP envy 13. So I can't decide between macOS and Windows. What do you guys think?
