Sync error with UC100

I have also problems with UC100 sync errors...
but I think it is a problem with my USB dongle?

if I run my machine, but I change my spindle speed with the buttons on the VFD it works alright.... if I do it with the RS485 dongle I have sync errors every time in press the Up/down speed buttons a couple of times... als if in fill in a other speed and press enter... sync error!!

Could be the two USB devices interfering with each other.
Try a different USB port for one of them.

already try that.... but did not change, keep the same problems...

I disconnected from the 540 and started to run code and noticed that when I click in the title bar at the top of the mach3 window the blue light flashes. When I click and hold the Maximize or Minimize button the light will stay off for as long as I hold it and give me a sync error. I actually was able to replicate this on two different computers. I have no idea what it might mean. I am rarely ever doing anything on the computer when I get a sync error during operation and the second PC had been purchased in the last year and is fairly powerful.

Also, when I just ran the program while disconnected from the 540 and left it alone it still gave me a sync error after about 6 or 7 mins. I had my antivirus and as many other background programs that I could identify shut down and I was disconnected from the internet at the time.

I know its an old post but did you find the problem with this. Mine is currently doing the exact same thing??
