Default Mach3 PWM to DDMMv2.1 analog 0-10v incorrect

    Hello,
I have incorrect speeds to my vfd spindle coming from Mach3. I'm using a DDMMv2.1 BOB with the spindle analog 0-10v converter onboard. I've checked the voltage to the VFD and the speeds are correct for the voltage its receiving. I have a 18k max RPM Spindle.
When i set Mach speed to:
    Mach/ VFD readout/ 0-10v reading
    5000/ 3670/ 2.03
    9000/ 7560/ 4.15
So 9000(half Max speed) should be @ 5v. But I only have 4.15v which turns the spindle to 7560. Which is what the VFD readout shows and my hand tach meter shows. So I see nothing wrong with the VFD/Spindle.
I tricked the max rpm setting on Mach to have the board put out 5v. Which of coarse set the vfd @ 9000rpm and produced the correct speed. But that messes with any Mach speed adjustment. So no good.
I'm led to believe its just as good as it gets? I wish there was a way to calibrate it.
Attached setting pics. Also I'm running 100k kennel.
