Is there a market for buying "used" Mach 3 Licenses? If so, where? Or is the cheepest way into Mach 3 to simply buy the license?

From the Mach3 website:
Licenses are non-transferrable. This includes both as a standalone item, or as part of a machine sale. If licenses are being purchased on behalf of another party, please include the desired license name in the appropriate Comments field during checkout.
