Hello everyone, I'm still troubleshooting my new machine, thanks for all the help! So their is something converting the tool dia. to metric. So instead I entered the dia. in inches and I appears to have stayed that way when sent to the controller instead of converting it to metric. Weird. I also tried writing the program in inches. But I am getting the same results with it coming out what appear to be tiny. The DRO shows it moving say 3.9 inches? but the cutter just sits over one spot. The z is moving correctly. And it jogs in all axis fine, but the cutter doesn't move when programmed? I've programmed it to move 100mm and 4 inches and the cutter just appears to sit in one spot, except for z travel, also the REGEN screen looks the same either way. It looks like a big arc sitting on the tiny rectangle (I'm trying to mill a simple rectangular pocket. Any other ideas? I'm going to try and run a sample program to see if it will run correctly.
