New lead screws, setting EMC to them

First time messing with anything like this. So here is a quick story.

A2Z cnc machine ( Monster Mill ) with stock Sherline steppers ( for now ) and the stock sherline controller.

The lead screws before were 20 tpi ( stock sherline machine ) and the new Monster Mill has 4 tpi screws. Basically I am still building the Monster Mill , but today the little sherline just finally gave me enough fits, I took all the steppers and mounts off and put them on the Monster Mill.

Everything moves ( albeit in reverse since the sherline 20 tpi's were LH and the Kerk 4 tpi's are RH ).

So for a newbie, I looked at the backlash setting and saw a bunch of greek and spanish words and symbols that totally lost me LOL ! ( I am kidding, it was just something I have no clue what I am doing ).

So if anyone has a good step by step way for me to figure this out I would greatly appreciate it.

If you are using Emc2, your best bet is to use stepconf to create a set of configuration files. If you are not using Emc2, your best bet is to use Emc2.
