Good day staff, need help. my English is not very good, but come on 1 - must read a variable # and write it, how do I put a field on the screen for that? 2 - need a contactor of time may be using a macro to switch off at the beginning and end, and an increase value in a variable. The purpose of this is that output must increase the spindle on the basis of working time, if someone has other suggestions thanks. 3 - when working with the variation of spindle speed on each line of the axes are not constant, even while the G64 active. or just what happens on the screen that? because I called the engine yet. how do I turn off this feature? thanks, regards to all Luciano |

| 1. do u want use to input variable on screen and this is fed into a program? 2,contactor of time? is this a IO out of the control, u wish to turn something on and off at start and end of program? im not sure what u trying to do here, as increase spindle also? in speed think need more info on this part. 3. axis will move at the rate u program regardless of spindle speed. unless you put them into a spindle sync move. |

I actually turn a valve proporcinal the output of the spindle. this valve will control the pressure of sand on a piece. Every cycle the value of pressure must be increased 1-I need to see and edit the value of pressure 2-the pressure increase is a function of time, so I need a meter of time 3-I can not work as it is today, because if the axles to reduce speed in exchange for the time line of sand in the play increases and have problems. if someone has another idea of having a variable output is welcome. controlled by classicladder or otherwise. |
