Hello, i talked with many of the developers of emc and they said that until now, the only way to increase the number of digital i/o is getting the source code and recompiling the emc with the changes made into the motmod module,(when the new 2.3 version comes out this would be easier ) but i don't know how to recompile the emc (i'm not a linux master) so i just want to know if any of you had the same problem or if anybody wants to increase the number of inputs like me, thanks and sorry for my english. |

| Look here on how to download and compile EMC. http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emc...eady_installed Maybe you mean you don't know how to change the source code ? You don't know how to program in C C++ or python? Figure out how to compile there source and then someone could possibly give you a patch for what you want. |
