Quadrature instead Step/Dir

Hello...
Is EMC2 capable to send Quadrature instead Step/Dir to stepper motor?
Somewhere I read that it can. But I can't find how!

My board can use step/dir or quadrature. But test on TurboCnc show that in quadrature can work at least 2 times faster. I assume that in EMC that should be same. In quadrature the ouput can be on all ticks so there is not delays of dir before step and dirHold after step pulse and other delays.

Yes but the documentation is wrong.

Here's a post I did about it a while ago. I figured out how to do it after digging through the source code for EMC.

Can you tell me what is not correct about the documentation? I will fix any errors. BTW, the docs have changed quite a bit in the last year so if your looking at old docs they may be out of date.
