Hi Guys, I've just installed the Unbutu EMC2 disk on my laptop and exploring a little with the Hexapod machine. The Tk window displays the virtual machine alright (well slightly odd graphics that have not clipped parts quite right) but it appears to only display in one perspective. Is there a way to rotate it dynamically? I searched the manual and looked around the net a bit but could not find mention of it. Anyone know how? |

| You should be able to pan it with left clicking and dragging - zoom in and out by right clicking and dragging... Rotating either pressing the middle mouse button or pressing both the left and right mouse button and dragging.. I think the hexapod sim need a bit of work (the graphic representation of it). sam |

| Sam, Thank you very much! ![]() Sorry about the newbie question. The laptop I have has one of those annoying "nipple" mouses. I could get the zoom ok but pressing both buttons and moving the nipple requires an Indian God to do. ![]() Well ok, maybe not but I find these mouse thingies very annoying. Found a real mouse and it's all working. Now I see how poor the Hexapod sim is. Not complaining but yeah, requires a bit of work alright. Maybe in the next release.... or the one after that. Thanks again, Mark |
