We work in the G19 plain and the G17 plain. We use both routers in both plains. I have gotten EMC2 installed and running at the moment. My problem is when I use the A router in the G19 plain, both A and Z will begin to move at the arc points. It is pretty wild to watch both routers trying to accomplish an arc. I have currently got around this by making a new custom GUI with the A and Z pins and limits reversed. So A works as Z and vise versa. It works as a work around, but I would like to have EMC recognize the routers as A and Z and have them work properly. Can some one please help with this as I am no software programmer, and that is what I think is going to be needed. |
Your problem seems very similar to the one Jason (Strider5623) posted here. Since the two of you have a very similar problem, maybe you can pool resources to solve it.
