I have set up my machine finally and it is working with the 5i20 card. The only main issue now is that when I try to calibrate my Y,Z axis, funny things are happening. They will start to calibrate then before they reach the limit switch they seem to think that they have reached the switch and then try to find the index marker on the encoder. They do find this index and then show up as calibrated within emc. The problem begin that they are not in their correct positions as they did not hit the switch. if someone has any ideas of why this is happening ad what I can do to fix it, that would be appreciated. Thanks |

| I really have no idea how EMC does homing, but heres a guess as to whats wrong: What is your limit switch polarity? (high or low beyond limit) Sounds like your limit switch signal needs to be inverted before driving index-enable |
