Hi guys,
I'm still early in the building stage of a 3 axis gantry router and would like to use Linux/EMC2 to run it. I have EMC2 installed on a 800MHz P3 to get familiar with.
Gecko is working on some low cost drivers and will be putting a package together that sounds like it's set up for Mach3. Originally Posted by Mariss Freimanis

You attach DB-9 motor cables, parallel port cable and a 15VDC to 50VDC power supply. No wiring at all. |
Does it sound like this would easily work with EMC2 or would it be better to use separate drivers with a more standard BOB?
Thanks |
