So I decided to switch from the Pluto servo setup to a mesa 5i20 card which is working great. It was fairly easy to setup and get going. However I am trying to configure it to use a joypad so i can 'jog' XYZ axis for setup. I know that there is an example of the joypad.hal file on the EMC wiki http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emc...ur_CNC_Machine However I am not a expert in the HAL configuration and could use some help in configuring it to be setup with the Mesa Card. I would like to be able to JOG X,Y,Z axis and maybe have the feed override enabled, similar to http://www.anderswallin.net/2006/11/...emc2/#more-107 not sure if it can be done but any help would be great. thanks |
