My mill are making shortcuts??

I have two desktop mill's in my shop. both running emc2 one for over a year. but resently after buying better endmill's i discovered that directionchanges in high speed dont work properly.
For instance if i move from x0 to x100 with f7000 it vorks fine, but if i'm making a small program like

g21
g0 x0
g01 x100 f300
g01 x0
g01 x100 f7000
g01 x0
m30

the first time with feed 300 it will go to x100 and then return to 0, but the second time it would not reach the 100 before it turns and goes back to 0.
the same happends on all axes and on both my mills.
any ideas anyone?

regards Bjørn..

aditional info.. it aktualy shows up on the backplot in axis too, emc is not finishing one line before executing the next..??

Try putting a G61 in the start of the program, this is exact stop mode.
It is some what explained on page 126 and 142 of the manual.

Thanks. Andre' B.. maybe this is a modal code? (i could not see if it was) then i kan have it loaded whenever i start up emc.

Speed is important but i dont want to produce useless parts..

Regards Bjørn

You can also use G64 blend tolerance mode to get as much feedrate as possible.

G64 Px.xxx where "x.xxx" is the maximim distance from actual path allowed.
