After wasting several CDs over the past year with not a single good one from the bunch, I tried using a different CD burner. After downloading DVD decrypter, I used it to burn a CD with a fresh download of EMC2. NIRVANNA. Later tonight I'll take it out to my shop and load it on the partitioned drive. This is so cool!

Decrypter is a great little burning program, fast and to the point ! Good luck with EMC, if you decide to get the PC on the net and have trouble connecting to a DSL modem, have a look here : http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35705 I had a few probs but it is all working now (internet and upgrades) just have to build a machine to put it on ![]() Russell.

If this is your first linux adventure get ready for a bit of culture shock. Ubuntu with it's Gnome desktop doesn't look (or act) much like windows! Hope you learn to love linux, it's a great OS. I've used EMC before but the system was setup by someone else. My motors arrive this coming week and I'll be learning some new things with no doubt. Good luck to us both
