| Hello everyone, Nice thread and good development, i'm building a cnc with nema34 steppers but thinking of making a small less than 200watt servo drives (pure-analog). Here is my idea how about using a LM12 or OPA549 power op-amp for servo amplifier with an additional frequency to voltage converter (for encoder), have about 4 to 5 op-amp finish the job and fine tune the gain etc. will this be sufficient to close the loop?. Then can one simply use pc-parallel port to put out PWM signals for control |
