User lock

Hi,
I need to lock all the programs and all other things in user xx. Just EMC_run is enabled.
How can I make this?
And how can I make that the EMC run automaticly when I run the xx user?
root is for the xx user unknown!

Go to https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
Subscribe to the EMC-users list.
When you are a member of that list, post your question there. All the developers and many knowledgeable users are on that list, and always helpful.
