Doosan MV 3016L vertical mill atc stuck

I was in the middle of a tool change and the emergency stop button got pushed, now the atc is stuck with two tools in the pot, whats the easiest method of fixing, thanks so much, comes up with error No.2011 atc check switch alarm error.
