I am trying to cut some gears out of MDF. I am using a 5mm router bit to cut a 10mm hole in the gear center, but the holes are not quite round, they look slightly egg shaped. I have set backlash compensation with a dial guage. I have tried different speeds and feeds but no improvement. Anyone else have this problem? |
