Gear cutting using EMC

Hi!
Is anybody tried to use EMC for gear cutting?
The original gear cutting machine has VERY complex kinematic.
I think that use 3 axes (1 liner and 2 angular) make the machine more
simple then origin.

I don't know much about gear cutting - this person used a hob and emc...
