It sound like you may be able to reprogram your Accel settings in your config file.
Something to look into...
This may be a noob question but I am a noob when it comes to G-code and stuff. My machine is built and I am trying to run some code. When I run it the arcs or corners of my part are choppy. Each x y change has an acceleration and deceleration so it chops around the corners instead of blending it. What should I do? What have I got wrong in my code or EMC? In Axis you can see the accel go up and down as it jumps around the corner.
Code is like this:
X12.8832 Y6.2443 S2000 M7
X12.8817 Y6.2483 S2000 M7
X12.8568 Y6.3123 S2000 M7
X12.8553 Y6.3159 S2000 M7
X12.8323 Y6.3701 S2000 M7
X12.8301 Y6.3749 S2000 M7

Is it possible you are in exact stop mode?
I would look up EMC2s G61, G64 and G64 PXXX...
Is EMC pausing for each new spindle speed command?
