I have my DIY cnc router running great and now I want to add a home made laser from DVD burner to it. I want to be able to just insert the laser into the router chuck like it was another cutter. How do I turn the laser on and off? What cam changes will I have to make to get the right gcode? This is all new to me and a push in the right direction is needed. I am a DIY guy in everything I do so I woun't be running out and just buy everything. I want to build and understand all I do. EMC2 runs great for me, just a learning curve to overcome. Thanks Carl |
