Just wondering if anyone out there has attempted an EMC2 retrofit of any of the point-to-point type routers such as Biesse or Weekes. For those who aren't familiar, these machines have vertical and horizontal mutiple boring heads as well as one or more router spindles generally with ATC. From what I've learned of EMC's capabilities it seems doable. I'd really like to hear opinions or experiences concerning the feasibility of such an undertaking. |
