    Default 7I77 Encodervoltage is to low

    Hello,
    my 7i77 has an output on the encoderconnector pin 3 and 6 is only 4Volt, the green led is blinking. Does someone knows what can I do?

    What is the voltage on the 5V connector for logic power supply? If it is under 5V your power supply is to weak to power logic and encoders , you need 2A to power everything.
    If you are geting that only on 1 encoder, that emcoder is drawing to much power so it is defective, or the power wires are reversed.

    Hello,
    i have use the powersupply from the pc, that was not strong enough. I change the jumper and use an external powersupply and now the encoder are working.
