Best Place to buy Ball Screws

About to begin building a cnc plasma table, and wanting 8ft by 4ft of travel. I was wondering who had a good deal on them, a tight tolerance would be nice but it is a plasma, not a mill, and is only doing 2d, with a lighter weight rail system.

Looking for any deals anyone has found :_

eBay seller, linearmotionbearings, has a pretty good reputation. If you don't see what you want, just ask and Chai will get it for you.

My screws were all bent up and the end blocks don't work - like .010 play in them... bloze... worse than the cheap stuff I got on McMaster previously... Buyer beware! They don't package their stuff either... just a strip of cardboard.

Build your own!
Simple really, all you need is some threaded rod, your choice of acme or threaded bar, some flat bar, angle iron, and a couple of bearings.

If you look at the 3D printer from RepRap called the Perusa Mendel, you will notice ready-rod is used.

You can find a good deal of that on E-Bay for less money, and the threaded bar can be purchased from Fastenall, Homedopot, among other hardware stores.
If you looking for the breadboard try deal extream .com
