Please Help!!!

Guys i got a problem with my BK17 mounting unit. the BK17 came with 2 (7mm) spacers which for the front and back but the problem is the front spacer is way too short so the nut will not lock the axis to BK17 in place. Am I missing 1 more 7mm spacer or am not supposed to put 7mm spacer on the back(where the ballscrew thread) just put both 7mm to the front??? I am confused pls help.

updates: The seller told me to let the rubber seal down inside to the bottom of the ring. But it is kinda hard to push it by hand, should I really use force great force? or will I break the rubber seal? pls help guys.

Hi 15mgtar

Yes that looks right a little lube or grease on the seal & it would slip in quite easy

I install it on to the ballscrew, but it doesn't rotate that easily is this normal because of the rubber seal?

No thats not normal it should be smooth to turn & not tight you may have the wrong spacers, it could be to much preload on the bearings loosen the nut on the ball screw & see if it gets any better, if it does not get easier to turn then it is not the preload, the spacers my be to big on the outside making them to tight in the seals

maybe the problem is with the spacer sticking to the axis so tightly? because I tried without the spacer it turns much better. Should I make the spacer hole a bit bigger so it doesn't stick dead to the axis?

I'll thin out the outer diameter of the spacer ring that way won't press too much on the rubber seal.
