My mechanic removed the ball housing from the ballscrew on a Lagun w/SWI control. SWI indicates that we can't rebuild the ballscrew assembly and that we need to purchase a new assembly for $900. Is there anyone that knows how to get the balls back into the assembly and not have to purchase a new setup? It looks like only 6 threads actually recirculate the balls |

| Hopefully you have one or two circulating/reload tubes. You need to feed the balls in each tube, one at a time, I used a tip from another post here and use a tube from an empty BIC pen to feed the balls down the tube, at the same time slowly turn the BS. You should measure the balls to see if they are two different sizes, if so you have to make two piles and alternate a size every time you feed a ball in. Al.
