I found this on youtube and can someone verify this if it's correct?
The guy with his nema34 stepper said "it's 12Nm, it can move 1,2kg on 1 meter of lever. i.e. 12kg on 10cm lever... or 120kg on 1cm lever"
I do not know how to calculate these things.

Yes. Look up a definition of newton metre

12N=1,2kg (roughly)
M=rF
Moment=1mx12N
Moment=12Nm
so yes, it's true.
well, actually I'd say that it can "hold" rather than "move" 1.2kg on a lever 1m long. steppers hold. holding torque.

If a stepper motor has a holding torque of 12Nm, this is the torque at zero speed, as the motor starts to turn the torque will drop off.
So a 12Nm nema 34 motor will not be able to turn with 12N at 1 meters radious.
It will hold it there but not turn.

100N is 9.81 KG.
