    Ballscrew identification

This is the X axis ballscrew out of my Wells Index knee mill. I talked to Rick at Wells and he determined that this is a bastard screw setup and not original equipment. I only have about 18.500" of travel total in the X when I should have more like 32.000-34.000". My machine is stamped as a model 847, but Rick looked up the serial number and according to his records my machine is actually an 823. Just wondering if anybody can identify the brand of screw assembly I have? Also, does anybody have the correct ballscrew for my machine? My control is a Dynapath Delta 20 if that matters at all. Also, can somebody tell me if my screw assembly is put together correctly? Rick can get me the correct screw out of a used machine and I still may go that route, but if somebody has one at a reasonable price I may consider that as well. He is offering me what I feel is a pretty good deal, but I am currently laid off and if I can find a better deal I would be interested. Here are some pictures to aid in identification. The only markings on the screw assembly is M25, and 18. I think you can see these etchings in the pictures. In addition, here are a few pictures of my machine. I just got it so I still like to show it off a little. It's nothing special, but I have always wanted one of my own! Thanks for any and all help!
